ENAXI — derived from the Greek word meaning, THE ONE. This reserve is the premium expression of one vineyard, one varietal selected from the 11:11 Estate.
Co-founder Ellie Anest dedicates this wine in memory of her parents, Kathryn & Paul Anest, who represented a union that together is one.
Nine years ago, we planted the vines that would eventually yield our very first reserve wine. ENAXI Reserve boasts a boldly opaque, deep ruby-purple hue. Its enticing aroma of black currant and ripe dark cherry seamlessly melds onto the palate, revealing refined notes of tobacco, cocoa, caramel brulee, and a hint of minerality, adding depth and intrigue. With meticulous farming and winemaking processes, a limited 135 cases of 2019 ENAXI Reserve were produced. To showcase this remarkable wine, we have created an exquisitely packaged three-bottle collection.
