On the vines of the historical Bacigalupi Vineyard, this whole-berry, native yeast fermented Pinot Noir grew to perfection. The nose captivates with scents of cinnamon spice, cola, black cherry, sweet toffee and vanillin. From the first sip, this wine sings of cherry pie: fruit-forward and warm from start to finish with plush character of plum, dark red berries and hints of chocolate. The ripe tannins and acidity of this unfined and unfiltered wine complement its richness, offering a lengthy, delicious experience. Cellared properly, this wine will age well to 2025 and beyond.
